Azure Aqua Spa Float & Vichy - Kitchener, Ontario

First off I had this experience with my Daughter. Going into this I had no idea what to expect. All I knew is I needed something to help destress me massage wasn’t helping. So!! I decided to get us a float bath my daughter recently had a child. With positive thoughts and an open mind we arrive at our appointment. I would like to add we were able to change our time with absolutely no issues and they were so nice about it.

Arrival- filled out paperwork, got a fancy pair of sandals and were taken into the back room.

Change- change room was nice had our robe, they have disposable suits (they’re funny but convenient)

Float room- walked in person explained clearly what we needed to do how things were going to be done. They had ear plugs water towels head floats Vaseline in case of ouch’s. Emergency button located by the door. Shower was nice and hot they had body wash hair shampoo in the float room but the conditioner was in the change room.
Nice size very dark relaxing the only thing I felt was I was at my funeral the music was like being at one I don’t know if that was just me so I asked my daughter. Nope! Mutual feeling. If I was dying that day wow it was worth it.

Lights on means you get out and shower again time to go.

At the end of the day it was a great experience and I would definitely do it again. Thank you for this experience Azure Spa.

I visited Azure Aqua Spa for the first time to surprise my sister with a birthday spa day, and we absolutely loved it! The scrub and float were incredible—I highly recommend them! If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I also came here again with a friend, and it never gets old. I could easily come every day if I had the chance. It's incredibly relaxing, and I had no idea Kitchener had a spa like this. I can't recommend it enough!

I received a gift card from my daughter for a 1 hour float session. It was my first time trying this and it was a very relaxing and pleasant experience. I just used it January 2025, so it was nice to do this on a winter day. I had private use of a small pool. Highly recommend as a gift for someone or for some self care.

I must say that we had a great time at the Spa. It was a surprise birthday treatment for my favorite person, I booked for the Aromatherapy and float, and trust me I didn’t regret it?. This was my first time here and because it was for a birthday gift I got an extra Vichy shower not sure what the name is ?.
Guys please try them out you will be glad you did. Keep it up!

Float was a blast. 60 minutes of free floating releases the body of tension, stress and worries. Your choice of pitch black, youtube videos lets you customize your float experience. Vichy scrub (orange citrus) with an amazing rain shower, finished off this wonderful time. Thanks, team Azure Aqua Spa

Took advantage of the free float they offer for pregnant women on Wednesdays 11am-6pm. If you are pregnant and experiencing pain this is a great opportunity for you! I enjoyed my visit!

I visited Azure Aqua Spa today for a float to help with some of my aches and pains in pregnancy. Almost into my third trimester now, things are starting to get sore and when the Azure’s float spa came across my social media, I thought it was the perfect solution!
Right from the start, Raman the attendant helped guide me through the process and was so welcoming and answered every question my anxious pregnancy brain could drum up.
I floated for one hour, rotating the use of accessories to change my position. It was very neat just how buoyant you feel in the float spa. Relaxing music and a calming cinematic video really complete the atmosphere, although I did find myself with my eyes closed for most of the time.
Being completely weightless like that really allowed me to connect with my baby, feeling every movement and kick.

I am grateful for the experience. Thank you!

I called during the week to see if it was appointment only. The question was circled until I told her I was a new client and would need a walk through of the services. Which is normal when wanting to spend over 300$ on a service, when they provide multiple services.
I was told it was not appointment only, she ansked when and what time and I said 1 or 2 on Sunday she said okay and the call was done. Also when approaching store front there was a sign that said it wasn’t appointment only.
Sunday comes I arrive at 130 and was told that there is only one service provider who is also the receptionist and there is an appointment at 145? And I believe I was the same one who answered the phone. When I called. She could’ve at least told me there would be only one person working on Sunday and appointments trump walk ins. And offered an explanation of services over the phone?
Huge disappointment because I just wanted to relax for my birthday.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
