This is based off my two recent experiences here. The gentleman here has a foul attitude. I got the same service both times and this time I was up charged. I paid $100 for builder GEL. Nothing crazy. It’s literally my own nails. He also hurt me. He dug his nail into my cuticle and made me bleed. I do not like confrontation and knew I wouldn’t get anywhere with him after the way he treated his client that had lash extensions. She came in while I was there and asked for him to remove her lashes because she was in PAIN and she looked like it hurt too. He told her to wait and after a while she asked for some
liquid or baby oil to remove them and you know what he said? To go to dollar tree and buy some baby oil and save herself the $20. It was an awful experience and instead of arguing with him I hope this review helps someone so that you don’t have the same experience.

Update: I have an infection where he dug his nail into my cuticle

Tiffany was great, friendly, and great at her job! It was my first time going to her and despite me visiting 45 minutes before closing, she was very attentive to my nails, and my needs.

Service was actually trash. Called in advance to see if there was a wait was told to come at 6 because it was busy. Got a call back like 5 minutes saying to come in now (5:30) so I did only have to wait until 6 anyway because of lack of communication between them. Went for a simple pedicure and the lady as very unprofessional and gave me the worst pedicure I think I’ve had tbh. Painted all on my toes instead of the mail and was unnecessarily rough the enter time. Not even one day later and the GEL polish is actually coming off. Please don’t waste your money here the reviews are TRUE ?

UPDATE
I came back after two months to give them another shot. The guy who did my eyebrows, who we've all complained about, no longer works there. The ladies did a wonderful job and even gave me a discount on my services. I believe everyone deserves second chances, and they proved themselves this time. I'll definitely be coming back.

My pedicure by Jenny was amazing, she took her time and did a wonderful job!
However when I got my eyebrows waxed by a gentleman afterwards not sure if the wax was just way too hot but he put the wax ALL on my eyelid. I have never had someone wax my eyelid before, it was extremely painful and my eye is swollen. He also was rushing, pressing hard on my eyebrows to remove excess wax he got in my eyebrow hair.
I’ll stick to threading from now on, this was a sign. Beware when getting a wax from them, everything else was great.

I give Emma 5 stars for sure. She did such a great job on my nails and my eyebrows I'm extremely happy. She doesn't speak English that well but I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made a couple changes but I was fine with it. I thought the price was a little high, $95, but I don't get them done all the time so I splurged. So if you need your nails or eyebrows done in Houston Texas go see Emma she's amazing.

Tiffany is an amazing worker. She is awesome in what she does. She does great work & was very nice to me. I will continue to come back to Red Nails because the customer service is magnificent.

Amazing experience! I was seated quickly and the man who did my pedicure (unfortunately I can't recall his name, I believe it began with a T) was very attentive and took his time with the service. It was so relaxing I caught myself falling asleep! Definitely would recommend, the environment is very welcoming and clean.

(Bonus points for being friendly towards male clients!)

Beautiful, Kat did an amazing job!!! Is the first time I went to this nail salon and I loved the results… I waited for like 30 minutes because they were very busy (Saturday) but she was very fast, delicate and professional.
I just wanted a little bit of champagne but I will ask for it next time ?
