J'ai adoré cet endroit ! La décoration du salon est à couper le souffle et le service est impeccable. J'ai fait faire des ongles en acrylique et ils sont super beaux !! J'adore le fait qu'on peut aussi boire une boisson. Je recommande fortement cet endroit!

First time going to Lux on September 7, did the red colour and came back today for the lighter pink! BLOWN AWAY by the service. Starting from the front desk, amazing. Always smiling and always great you. And you get a freakin’ warm towel for your hands?! It’s incredible. I have had both James and David do my nails and both did a spectacular job! As if the warm towel wasn’t enough , each time I get offered something from the cafe in the salon and somehow the girl makes my latte on point each time.

This most recent time I got an eyebrow wax and Indian head massage. Both amazing. The salon offers pretty much everything in a one stop shop. I’m really impressed.

Normally I’m not a one salon, one nail tech, kind of girl, but from now on I will most certainly only be coming here. The experience is just unmatched and it really makes a difference. Going for a pedicure end of September and I can’t wait…you get to choose your own bath bombs for the water ?

Today, I visited the nail salon and had a wonderful experience. Claudia gave me a foot reflexology massage that was absolutely excellent. Her technique was perfect—she applied just the right amount of pressure and made me feel completely relaxed. It was clear she’s very skilled and passionate about what she does. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to unwind and feel refreshed.

Tony did my manicure, and it turned out beautifully! He was meticulous and paid attention to every detail, ensuring my nails looked flawless. His professionalism and creativity really stood out. I’m so happy with the results and can’t wait to come back.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my experience! The reflexology foot massage was incredibly relaxing. To top it off, my shellac manicure looked amazing. The service was top-notch - friendly, attentive, and professional. This is definitely my go-to spot for pampering. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could!

I've been coming here consistently since it opened in Grimsby, and even got my sister coming here too. Haley always does an amazing job of my nails. I have also had great experiences with Kelly. Hot towel when you arrive, nice atmosphere, clean, great colour selection. If you want drinks/coffee/lattes the cafe is excellent!

Had a shellac pedicure and was very disappointed in the service. Booked a basic shellac pedicure that was supposed to be 30-45 min. We started right on time and after I was done paying it had only took 25 minutes. This appointment felt VERY rushed and they could have taken their time better. Massage was less then a minute, very quick with exfoliating, not your tipical relaxed pedicure experience. Overall very disappointed and will not be going back. It was VERY overpriced for what you get.
