I absolutely LOVE going to Jolanta's Spa. Jolanta and her team are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. I've been going for facials and other skin treatments for several years and have noticed a huge improvement in the quality of my skin. Jolanta is also very passionate about equipping you with all the knowledge and tools you need to take great care of your skin at home, in between treatments. Worth every penny!

I have been going to Jolanta’s for years now. I am always very happy with my facials and laser hair removal services provided by Christine. I recently had an appointment with Jolanta to have skin tags removed and she went above and beyond to educate me and get rid of all of my skin tags.
All of the staff here are so friendly and knowledgable and the spa is beautiful and clean. Would highly recommend.

I absolutely love Jolanta's!! I have been going there for quite some time (not as often as I should be, though lol). I was there on Saturday and had an amazing pedicure from Denisa. I love my blue toes! lol Then, I had an awesome experience with Jolanta with having a small and large mole removed from the side of my face. Her experience and personal touch made it smoothe, not much pain and an overall amazing experience! I highly recommend coming here for your beauty needs. I am sorry to say my experience with semi-permanent eyebrows here has been really disappointing.
I booked with Christine after a thorough consultation in April.
I felt she had a handle on what was important to me and I'd been to Jolanta's in the past, with positive memories. It's a clean and lovely spa. So exciting to think I'd have eyebrow colour again, as at age 65 my brows had thinned and were white/blond. No more makeup!
Christine assured me that it could be done to achieve a natural-looking result and very soft in colour. What could go wrong?!
I attended 4 further appointments (4 healing/scabbing processes) and paid about $800. (Should have been 650-600 + tax.) After the first appointment in May (and once the healing process of 4 weeks was over), I was over the moon with the colour. Loved them! I told Christine this at the second appointment; I stated don't change it the colour, we just needed to tweek the shape. I wore brow pencil to that second appointment to show her how I wished them to be altered. Instead she went much darker and created a shape that looked very severe. The next two appointments Christine attempted to correct her changes to colour and shape. As she said, 'everything's fixable!' Yes, (perhaps?) but thst would be at MY cost going forward! (I will say that Christine and Jolanta's did not charge me full price for all the extra time I spend there and even forgave me a short notice cancellation that was beyond my control.)
One of the kickers though was when I asked if they could be completely removed (during appointment 3 in July). I was told to stop being silly. Regardless of my age, I didn't appreciate the lack of respect shown and being diminished in this way. I had hoped for a calm discussion of all the options, even though I could understand that Christine might feel defensive, as I was so unhappy with her work at this point.
Now, I've called it a day with trying to get the brows I'd hoped for from Jolanta's and will seek a more experienced and skilled esthetician for my brow correction. After the colour fades....I hope.
They are not horrific (just not what I wanted at all). It is a clean spa. They knew I was not happy and attempted to make it right. For these reasons, 2 stars is fair.
I regret not noticing the lack of reviews for brows at Jolanta's, and wish I'd recognized this as a signal to keep looking.

I came into today for a skin tag removal consultation. Jolanta was so wonderful. She's extremely knowledgeable on the subject and was able to remove a few of mine immediately. The entire process was fast and efficient and I was thrilled. The entire appointment took less than 20 mins. Highly recommend! I'll be back to try other services. Thank you again!
