I had a root rescue and an Redken ABC Acidic Bonding with Janine. She did a great job and my hair feels amazing. She was also very welcoming. Would have given her 5 ⭐️‘s. But whoever her co-worker was today had an older client, and she was practically yelling at her. And I don’t think her client is def. Just made it uncomfortable talking at her very loud could hear her from the upstairs. I get it older people are older but not everyone’s def.

This was my first time there as I am a new member to the community:).
My experience was fantastic, the energy and professionalism is indescribable.
The first step u make in that salon, you get surrounded by this explosion of happy energy followed by smiles from every corner ☺ .
I was placed in to the magic hands of Janine, a beautiful young lady, super kid and adorable.
She paid attention to every word i said, understanding exactly what I wanted ,and with the help of the owner of the salon, Chantelle ( a delightful woman), created the most beautiful colors in may hair, and made me look 10 years younger:).
My entire family loves my new look, and my drastic transformation from a bleach blonde, to a beautiful warm ,and darker shade of brown's.
Pretty impressive work for a difficult task i gave them!!
I want to say thank you again to all the girls at Cellar Door, thank you for making my visit so enjoyable and lovely.
You guys are absolutely fantastic together ❤
The energy in there is something I crave every day!!!!!.

Just love the friendly atmosphere the minute you walk in the door. I go for massages with Kellie and brows with Ashley.. but I am always made to feel LOVED and welcome at Cellar Door! The owner Chelsea has done a wonderful job recruiting stylists and the girls upstairs (brows, nails, massage and other esthetics)! Just an amazing place overall!!

Every time you leave - you’ll feel so confident. Staff is always kind caring supportive and huge confidence boosters. A variety of services provided and a cute boutique to treat yourself or a loved one to. The cellar door is my go to place ❤️

It takes a lot for me to trust someone to cut my hair. For years I’ve had a family member who was trained do it, but I no longer live near them, so I picked the Cellar Door and gave them a try. On my first visit I didn’t get exactly what I wanted, but my hair was by no means wrecked. It just wasn’t as short or layered as I had requested (I think my stylist specialized in mens hair cuts and I came in with super thick hair almost to my waist - so not her fault at all). I called back after my cut and they scheduled me in to get it corrected right away. The second time I went in I had Meghan as a stylist. She listened intently and worked with me to give me the cut I wanted. Now my hair is the length I was hoping for, with tons of layers and fun little face framing pieces that give it the lift and lightness I was looking for.

I don’t mention having to go back twice as a dig against the salon - actually the opposite! I was impressed at how dedicated they were to getting me exactly what I wanted and making sure I was happy leaving there. They were extremely accommodating and attentive to the changes I wanted made. I also wasn’t charged for my second visit, but was given a full hair wash and cut.

Meghan was excellent! The salon had customer service! I will definitely be back on a regular basis to get my hair cut there. If you are looking for a new, trustworthy place to get your hair done I would 100% recommend the Cellar Door.
