We went here right before they closed. (We didn't even think about them closing that early.) They were so gracious to us. The servers were amazing! The food was so good!!
We will definitely be going back. Next time we will be more conscious of their closing time.

Excellent place to take the kids. The staff is trained well and very hospitable, plus they smile A LOT. The management is super friendly with the desire to guide towards the experience YOU want. Paul, Ash, and Chance are the best! The games are well maintained with the arcade technicians always there to help. It's not a cheap area. However, the value is there at every aspect of their business. Keep focusing on the customers and they will keep coming back. Thank you.

My company hosted a corporate event at Palace Social. Bowling, appetizers, 4D Theatre. It was a BLAST! Beautiful atmosphere! Very clean and classy! Highly recommend!! A Great Place for Team Building Events!

We came here for a company party and had the place all to ourselves. They have bowling, arcade, multi-sport simulator bays, Omni VR arena, and XD dark ride motion simulator.

The food was good and the drinks were strong. Their staff were very attentive and friendly. I will definitely come back again.

I was hoping Palace Social would be the better version of Main Event. It's smaller, seems to be more upscale. But it's so small that the experience leaves you wanting more.

We really wanted to play the sports simulator game but we're told that a party had rented them out and they'd be ready in 30 min. We played at the arcade for an hour (where a third of the games were out of order) and when I checked with the staff they said the party was still using the simulators and it would be another 15-30 min. We got some coffee at the bar and considered our options. Bowling also had a wait list, so that wasn't an option. We'd already played the arcade games several times. I didn't have a lot of faith in their time estimates so we just decided to leave, which was a bummer because we'd been excited about the simulation games. On the way home I received a text message that our spot was ready...over an hour and a half after we'd originally been told it would be 30 min.

This isn't necessarily the staff's fault, but it reveals the limitations of Palace Social. On the weekends there is a decent chance you may not get to do what you want because it will be reserved and you won't have much else to do but get on a another wait list for some other activity.

My son recently had his birthday party at Palace Social and it was phenomenal.

Our event coordinator, Erin, was on point. She made the entire process incredibly easy and created a custom VIP party.

The assistant general manager, David, was awesome. He personally made sure our experience was solid from start to finish. Amber, our party host, was attentive and friendly.

From bowling to playing the sports simulator and games in the arcade, Palace Social is the perfect party place. The kids loved the XD Dark Ride and wanted to go on over and over again.

The parents had a great time too. There were plenty of games, food, and much needed drinks for the adults.

I highly recommend Palace Social for events, parties, or date night. Thank you to the entire team for making my son's birthday an unforgettable experience!

First off, I don’t leave reviews unless it’s one of my top 10 best or worst experiences—and this was definitely one of the worst. My wife and I were excited to try this place for the first time and called ahead to check lane availability. The person who answered told us there was about a 20-minute wait, and that they don’t allow reservations. Based on this, we decided to head over.

When we got there, we were told the wait was actually an hour. Fine, no big deal. But after waiting an hour, we came back to see two lanes sitting open for 10-15 minutes. When we asked if we could use them, the staff said they were reserved and paid for until 9 PM. This was confusing and frustrating because we were explicitly told that reservations weren’t allowed—something also stated on their website (see photos).

We kept waiting as more lanes opened up, yet we still weren’t called. Eventually, my wife got a text, and we were finally able to play one game. By that point, the experience was already soured.

I would never recommend this place to a friend or anyone who values their time and sanity. Hopefully, your experience is better than ours, but I wouldn’t hold my breath.

Came here last night for the first time and had a blast!! Our bartender Lindsey was an absolute delight. Huge smile and suggested drinks that were top notch (her drinks were phenomenal, and STRONG!) The arcade was clean and decently priced. Overall we will definitely be returning!
