This used to be a nice nail salon to visit however my recent visit disappointed me. The receptionist needs to be more personal and professional when dealing with clients. The prices are added on as you are being serviced and the work was sloppy and just bare minimum

The place is nice. However, I did not have a nice experience with the nail tech, Charlie. Initially I came in for a mani and pedi but ended up leaving early with only a mani.

Upon my arrival, Charlie started doing my nails but by the time he was “done” I touched my nails and the gel smudged so I asked him to fix it. He started getting defensive when I realized it was in all of my nails. As if the gel didn’t sit properly. He started making excuses about my finger nails being “like that” and that I touched things. Which was just annoying. I wouldn’t have minded him having to redo my nails if he would have just been honest and said “you know what they are smudges and they look bad” but instead he tried to blame me.

Then, as he is re doing them he starts blowing on my nails which I almost wanted to puke. It really grossed me out because he should have used a fan. All his germs going to my hands until I literally had to ask him to stop blowing on my nails. ?

I cut my time short and decided to go somewhere else for my toes later on since he took so long and I had such a poor experience. Definitely made me not want to come back.

I was a frequent client at this salon for years before I moved out of the state. I came in yesterday for a service (gel x nails when nail art and a pedicure) and mind I e gotten GelX for the past 3 years consistently and the service was less than expected. Nails were drilled and filed so much after stating I was in pain that my skin is sensitive and bleeding. The nail art was done so sloppy that I still have gel on my skin that can’t come off. This was such an awful experience and all they can do was give me a mug to say sorry. Respectfully I would have appreciated not to be in so much pain when leaving the salon… Unfortunately I will not be back to this salon going forward.

Update 10/29: only 4 days after coming from the salon a nail has come off?! When this type of service is suppose to last at least 1 month…

Do not come here to get dip on your nails!! I’ve had so many bad experiences here. I came in on Friday to get a dip manicure with Linda. She started my nails by grinding my cuticles before soaking and adding the cuticle remover. It was very painful and I asked her why she did it that way but she didn’t understand me and just kept on going.

I figured I would just let her work and complete the nails. She did 2 very thin layers of dip and shaped them nicely. I thought it was strange that she only did two but I didn’t know any better. Then she added a coat of gel polish on top to add more pigment because the dip powder didn’t look like the sample nail.

The next day I woke up and went about my day. Within a couple hours, I had already broken 1 nail. It snapped right off. In addition, all the gel was peeling. So I went back into the salon and Linda redid that nail and added 2 more coats of the dip because it was too thin.

Two days later my whole nail popped off on my index finger! I called the salon and complained that I don’t have time to keep coming in and getting my nails fixed and asked for. Refund but they refused and said it’s against their policy.

Very unfortunate to me that they would rather make a few dollars than correct the issue with a simple refund. The sad part is this is the second time I’ve had this issue when getting dip put on my nails at this salon. Even thought I went to someone totally different the first time.

WORSE PLACE EVER!!! payed 60 dollars for mani and pedicure and pedicure it’s just like my nails, gel smudged it doesn’t look even look like my nails are done! DONT COME HERE horrible! (EVEN THOUGH, yes its NOT gel its the places fault that its smudged cause how are they gonna let me walk out of the place with not even dry paint on my naile, THATS WHY ITS SMUDGED)

Manicurist was great and nice as could be, but lacked experience. She used a dirty towel for manicure - gross. Manicurist cut me several times and I was bleeding - unacceptable. And 4hrs later my nails are still wet, which is beyond unreasonable. Messed up all nails because the polish was way too thick. Hardly worth $65. I will not be coming back here again.

Lam is always my go to, he takes his time with nails and listens carefully. I’ve always been skeptical about nail extensions and my nails for my wedding came out exactly as I wanted. Also, when I come to him to remove the nail extensions or just regular gel/dip, he’s gentle with them and doesn’t grind the nails down too much like most places do. Highly recommend!
