2nd update well i used the gift card they gave me to prder agian. So disappointed. Chicken fingers over cooked, bonelesschucken wings over cooked, fries soggy. Sad I use to love their food but whom ever is cooking is not good and making them lose business*Update to my review. The manager reached out to me and apologized and made it right. You don't see that very often and I was impressed. So I will be changing one area of the stars. When I order again, and I will, I will update accordingly.***Ordered 3pc chicken tender. It was burnt. Tried all three pieces to see of it was just one that was dry, chewy and nasty but nope. Fries where not salted and also over cooked. On a positive it was hot, lol

I ordered chipotle burger to go on my lunch break. Service was great. Food came out fast. Burger was really good. Fries were kind of soggy but overall, I would eat here again. I’d like to try some wings next time.

Had dinner with my family tonight 11/22/2024. Our waitress was Pluto & we had the best service we’ve had in a long time. Great food, even better service. Husband and I were in the service industry for over two decades and really appreciate good service. Thanks for providing the great service, we appreciate you.

First time I see a restaurant charging for "packaging" on a pickup order. It's a shame how some restaurants try sneaking up your bill and hope you don't notice. I hope they remove these hidden fees because their wings are decent

I recently visited the Buffalo Wing Factory and overall, my experience was just okay. The food was average and didn't really stand out to me. The service was decent, but nothing particularly noteworthy. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which was appreciated. There was plenty of parking available, which was convenient. There was also a bar on site for those who wanted to enjoy a drink with their meal. The restaurant also offers carryout and delivery through various apps, which is a nice option for those who prefer to enjoy their food at home. All in all, I would recommend the Buffalo Wing Factory if you're looking for a casual dining experience with decent food and service.

If i could give this place 0 stars, i would. I waited for over an hour to receive my basket of wings. There’s only 10 people or less inside this place. And than they even asked me if i wanted more wings, i never even received the first batch. Terrible service. Wings are ass. Will not be back. Don’t waste your time please.

Friday evening, was easy to get table. Our server was really sweet and took our order promptly. Drinks and food were ok. Dessert was good!

Cons-
Table wasn’t cleaned. Had cake crumbs water marks and sticky stuff.
Ultimate sampler- nachos were stale. Our server did apologies and replaced them though.

The meal portions were good. Large sized wings accompanied with a choice of curly or straight fries is always a popular option. The burgers are also very good.
