We are always looking for a gem of an eating place that the locals seem to love, seeing as we were definitely from out of the area.
This place seemed to be one of those spots, plus it was only a few blocks down from The Library of Congress. We had a total of 3 people in our group. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger with a second pattie. Probably the largest burger I've ever eaten. Perfectly cooked, medium. It was just huge. Did I say probably the best mozzarella sticks I've ever had as well? Service was great. It didn't feel like just a bar. There were several booths and a number of patrons. Loved the wall decor. This is a family run restaurant/bar and are obviously very proud of the military and local fire/police departments. I will come back again.

This place was a good find; we were looking for somewhere else and saw that there were lots of patrons enjoying the summer evening outside in front of the place. Circled the block and decided to try them out. Excellent service, good ambiance and the food was great! The burgers are phenomenal. I had the grilled cheese with bacon with onion rings. Even the house wine was good. My friend had a local beer and enjoyed so much he ordered 2 more. Cozy neighborhood spot that has a great late night vibe.

The food was wonderful I got the chicken parm special it came with a salad, I also got jalapeno poppers as well. Everything was delicious and our server was really friendly! It wasn't busy at all at the time we came. I'm definitely coming back!!!

Great lunch! On a Saturday afternoon we needed a place to eat and relax after walking the Mall and the Capitol. We hadn't planned to visit the Tune Inn, and to be honest it looked a little tatty from the outside. Undaunted we went on in - friendly service, good food, great beer. It set us up for the rest of the day!

Locale molto carino e tipico, bancone all'ingresso e pochi tavolini con divanetti pareti piene di foto giornali targhe e altre curiosità. Lo abbiamo scelto basandoci su alcune recensioni che ne parlavano molto bene. Sinceramente il cibo non era il massimo ... sopratutto le patatine... certo il vantaggio è di mangiare a un prezzo paragonabile a quello di una catena di ristoranti (quindi abbastanza abbordabile) in un locale molto carino e tipico ... ma con una qualità migliore ma paragonabile a un fast food. In conclusione serata piacevole mangiato a sazietà speso il giusto a confronto con altri locali... ma non andrei a cercarlo cerro se sei in zona è una buona alternativa.
